Turkish Airlines

 Turkish Airlines, headquartered in Istanbul, is the national flag carrier airline of Turkey. Founded in 1933, Turkish Airlines has grown into one of the largest airlines in the world in terms of fleet size, international destinations served, and passenger numbers.


Turkish Airlines operates flights to more than 300 destinations in over 120 countries, making it one of the airlines with the most extensive route networks globally. Its primary hub is Istanbul Airport, with secondary hubs at Ankara Esenboğa Airport and İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport.



The airline operates a modern fleet consisting of Airbus and Boeing aircraft, offering a range of cabin classes including economy class, comfort class (branded as Premium Economy Class), business class (branded as Business Class), and first class (branded as Business Class). Turkish Airlines is known for its high-quality service, in-flight entertainment options, and Turkish hospitality, which includes complimentary meals and beverages even in economy class on most flights.


Turkish Airlines is a member of the Star Alliance, one of the largest global airline alliances, which allows it to offer passengers seamless connectivity to destinations around the world through codeshare agreements and frequent flyer program partnerships.


In addition to its passenger services, Turkish Airlines operates Turkish Cargo, providing freight transportation to various destinations worldwide. The airline has also invested in expanding its fleet and improving its services, positioning itself as a major player in the global aviation industry.
